Client
The client is a blockchain startup that’s both business and user facing.
Essentially it’s a platform that connects crypto business with crypto enthusiasts, allowing all stakeholder's a chance to contribute to a business and earn their assets through co-creation/ crowdsourcing.
Crowdholding’s mission is to facilitate and catalyze communication between businesses and the public, leading to a more balanced and rewarding society.
Challenge
Being a Startup without a Product-Market Fit is a roller coaster. Add to that a volatility of a cryptocurrency ecosystem and the challenge is increased two-fold.
Some of the challenges faced working with this client:
- Extremely volatile and changing market
- Achieving a sustainable revenue stream
- Finding product-market fit and business model
- Lack of proper Development resources
- Organisational structure (or the lack of)
Solution
This project is still work in progress.
There were some successful as well as unsuccessful experiments and many compromises that had to be done due to development resources that forced me to think of the essence of certain designs to distill the 20% that was easy to code with our system that brought 80% of the results.
